Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any purchases, including tickets, products, or merchandise at this time due to our small size. In due time we will be able to provide returns but as of now we do not.

Event Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you are unable to attend the event, we cannot issue a refund or credit.
In the rare case an event is canceled by the organizer, instructions regarding refunds or credits will be communicated directly.

Merchandise & Products

All merchandise and product sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide store credit.

Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment is received. We are small and new but we will try and process them as quick as we can.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship orders using standard carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be applied at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
